Metro Outdoors

Metro Outdoors is a new organisation with a long history. It was created by three Outward Bound Instructors, Dave, Paddy and Liz, to build on the great work of the former Outward Bound Metro operation. With their almost 50 years of combined experience, they continue to design and deliver outdoor educational and adventurous experiences with the same passion and professionalism as they always have. Our Ethos We are guided by 3 main principles; Engage, Inspire, Educate. We encourage and support all of participants to engage in motivating and challenging outdoor activities, to be inspired by wild places and their own achievements, and learn more about themselves, others and the outdoor environment. We pride ourselves on designing programmes that are challenging and enjoyable. We aim to work in partnership with our course participants, creating programmes that directly relate to their needs and outcomes.
