About Lost Sheep Personal Training
A little about me.....I was born in 1981....I started training when I was 17, running for 10 minutes and 10 crunches morning and night đ. We all have to start somewhere! This turned into 2 hour sessions in the gym, 6 days a week! (This was good at the time, but through years of experience, you don't need to train for this length of time!)
