We Make To Order; Because we only want to make the lingerie that you actually want. Otherwise we’re just making waste. We use Circular Materials; Because we can regenerate the planet when we think in cycles instead of straight lines. We Spread the Knowledge; Because knowledge is power and we believe in power to the people. Cordwainers Dye Studio Debbie Mitchener is the founder of the Cordwainers Dye Studio which specialises in consultancy and collabortion around the use and development of natural dyes. Working from a dedicated studio in East London the aim of the studio is support designers and emerging dye technicians to use sustainable dye practices. We are also the UK’s first for hire Natural Dye Studio offering 3 individual spaces to hire for sampling and smaller scale dyeing projects. As a social enterprise 10% of our profits are given to Cordwainers Grow who run food and growing classes in the communtiy with a focus on working with homeless families, migrants and refugees as well as local residents keen to learn more about sustainable living.
