ABOUT US Local Education and Development (LEAD) engages with a range of learners' to provide an educational curriculum offer that aligns their skills and ambitions with the needs of the local economy. Our major strength is that the management team are all practicing teachers, with 20 years experience in the education and training industry. ​ We deliver a range of training solutions that have progressed individuals into paid employment, further education and apprenticeships. The key objective of this training is to tackle the government agenda of low employment rates which are driven by poor education, skills and training within the community. LEAD have worked with a wide range of organisations to develop and implement strategies that fully supported their training and transformation needs. This has resulted in reduced costs, improved efficiency and growth for all our clients.
