Living Truth

We are Living Truth CIC, a ‘not for profit’ organisation who aims to support individuals to experience greater mental wellbeing by uncovering their innate resilience and insightfully seeing how the psychological mind works. We provide mental wellbeing support particularly but not exclusively to young people, families, vulnerable girls and young women and racialised communities. We aim to challenge entrenched stigmas and limitations about mental and emotional wellbeing offering new possibilities and hope for everyone.
