Women's Circle and Menopause Workshop
A supportive space for women to discuss menopause-related challenges and explore tools for emotional wellbeing.
Join us in a warm and supportive space where women can come together to share their experiences and challenges related to menopause. Each session will begin with a gentle ‘check-in’ exercise, allowing everyone to connect with their body and mind, creating a grounding moment to center ourselves. We’ll then move into small group work focused on discovering ways to bring balance to our busy lives, exchanging insights and practical tools that support emotional well-being. To finish, you can enjoy a calming, guided meditation designed to foster inner peace and resilience.
This circle offers not only support but also practical exercises and reflections to navigate this life stage with compassion, understanding, and strength.
