Scale My Biz is a free, two-hour online workshop designed to help established businesses understand the critical difference between growth and scaling, and how to make informed decisions when expanding operations.

This workshop is specifically for SMEs with established, repeat customers who are already selling products or services.
It is not suitable for pre-starts or early-stage start-ups.
