We encourage professional development and invest in internal and external training with staff gaining The Care Certificate on completion of their formal induction process and staff are supported to gain further RQF qualifications to develop a rewarding career in social care. Award Winning Training Provider We invest heavily in internal and external training for the development of our team members throughout the organisation. Support Workers are supported to complete the Care Certificate within their first six months with us, and then continue with a wide range of more specialised training such as Total Communication, Epilepsy and Risk Assessment Training. We also support colleagues to complete qualifications in Autism, Dementia, Learning Disabilities and RQF Levels 2, 3, 4 & 5 to develop a rewarding career in social care. Our award winning training and induction process is tailored and specific to the job role and the service worked in. We also have a number of staff trained as Mental Health First Aiders to support colleagues and customers in need, and we have trained a cohort of Domestic Abuse Champions who are passionate about ensuring all of Leading Lives is a safe space.
