Lane End Farm Trust

Lane End Farm Trust is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Peak District National Park in North Derbyshire. We provide a simple environment of real quality where disabled and disadvantaged young people can be at one with nature and connect with their surroundings and our animals. We cater for young people from all walks of life with learning difficulties and behavioural problems. We currently work with children and young people from the ages of 11 to 25 years however would consider younger children in exceptional circumstances. When considering applications from agencies or individuals we always consider the needs of every young person in offering placements, taking into account any disability, learning or behavioural need, in order that they are placed within a learning group and environment where they will feel safe and their individual needs can be met.
