Kudos Athletics

We are passionate about helping children and adults improve their fitness. Our carefully created training modules allow each athlete to progress at a speed designed around their own individual needs. We are both fully qualified England Athletics coaches and are very experienced in the delivery of athletics coaching to both children and adults. This coaching has seen a number of our athletes win national events. In March 2022 two of our athletes competed for England at cross country. In February 2022 our under 15 boys became the National Cross Country Champions at Parliament Hill, London. All we ever ask of our athletes is that they listen, work hard and most importantly, have fun.
