Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Course for Catering - RSPH
Level 2 Food Hygiene will provide you knowledge and understanding of the importance of food hygiene, associated food hazards, good hygiene practice and controls based upon an awareness of food safety management systems.
Holders will know how to maintain good practice in the handling, processing and preparation of safe food.
Why is food hygiene training important?
Everyone who works with food has a responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers and ensure that the food they serve or sell is perfectly safe to eat.
Therefor in food safety and hygiene legislation, everyone who handles food in a food business is required to make sure they are trained to the appropriate level.
Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 is for any food handler working in catering and hospitality.

This course is delivered remotely online, live with our Food Safety Consultant and Trainer.
You will then attend our venue in Clapham to sit your exam.
RSPH and Ofqual Accredited Qualification
Exam consists of 30 multiple choice questions. The pass mark is 20/30.
Certificates are issued by the RSPH and sent electronically.
