On-Site Level 2 HACCP Training – Nationwide
We offer on-site delivery of the Level 2 HACCP course at your premises, providing convenience and flexibility for your team.
This course is suitable for a wide range of businesses, including food and drink manufacturers, caterers, artisan producers, restaurants, and more.
We have extensive experience delivering this course to manufacturers of noodles, beer, pastries, pasta, bread, alcohol, biscuits, meat, and canapés, as well as catering businesses. We regularly deliver this course to a variety of sectors, ensuring that your staff are trained in food safety and HACCP principles.
This RSPH Level 2 in Understanding HACCP course introduces the concept of HACCP which helps the learner to develop an understanding of hazards, controls, monitoring and corrective action procedures for which they may be directly responsible in order to ensure effective food safety.
This course is ideal for anyone new to HACCP or has a basic knowledge and understanding of HACCP.
Topics covered include:
The importance of HACCP - benefits, origins, legal requirements, due diligence.
To understand the fundamentals of HACCP - Hazards, Prerequisites, the process of developing HACCP based on CODEX HACCP Principles.
Assessment method: 20 multiple choice questions
Certificates are issued by the RSPH

Cost: £250 plus £30 per participant, inclusive of exam fees. We can train up to 20 candidates per session.
Autumn discount: Previously £300 plus £30 per participant.
All our courses are VAT exempt.
