After experiencing such a profound and positive change in my outlook on life and mental health through the practice of yoga, I decided to embark on a quest to share this precious gift with others. In September 2018 I trained intensively in Portugal with Indiv Yoga to gain my 200 hour qualification. This was one of the most wonderful and memorable experiences of my life!
