We offer a warm and welcoming environment, where parents can leave their children, safe in the knowledge that they are being well cared for. I’m a very hands on manager and enjoy building up good relationships with all the parents, children and staff. Over the years we have welcomed many brothers and sisters from the same family. My door is always open so that parents/carers can call in to either discuss any concerns they may have or just to have a friendly chat. All staff hold a DBS and are all Paediatric First Aid trained which is renewed every 3 years. Staff are confident with Safeguarding Policies and Procedures and these along with all policies are reviewed annually. The nursery has been awarded the In Safe Hands Award by the FAIB, who monitor quality assurance and the numbers of paediatric first aid trained individuals within childcare settings.
