Katrino Yoga

Katrino is a vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga teacher and business owner of yogi oils based in Scotland. She has a deep passion for intention settings, nature, the seasons and plant medicine. Katrino explores how we can use and tap into the subtle symbolism and the movements of the earth and our bodies to hopefully aid in a better understanding of us. Her love for the wild, plants and adventure has led to travel around the world, teaching at festivals and hosting yoga and essential oil workshops. As a proud lululemon ambassador she regularly teaches large and small scale events with them. Katrino has been teaching weekly classes in studios non stop for 5 years and practising with teachers for 10+ around the world.
