I am a London-based movement teacher & lover of anatomy, with over ten years experience teaching down to earth, functional movement to promote more ease in the body. I have two membership options for you to move with me : ROOM TO MOVE members area provides a video library of movement sessions to help you move well, more often. SPACE TO GROW members area is exclusively for movement teachers. It gives you unlimited access to teachers class recordings, a closed Facebook group & more. The WORKSHOPS FOR TEACHERS area is for movement teachers & bodyworkers of all types. I lead workshops to help teachers develop their practice & better embody the Slings concept. I also offer 1:1 sessions to provide a personal service tailored to you, deliver workshops and lecture as part of the art of motion Slings educator team.
