Our office provides professional development training and career services, including one-on-one career coaching appointments, grant writing workshops, employer visits and treks, CV/resume advice, mentorship programs, alumni panels, mock interviews, and more. Our goal is to provide students with opportunities to learn about varying career paths and help them develop the skills needed to be successful in all job markets, including academia, biotech/pharma, consulting, policy, and beyond. It is never too early or too late to start preparing for your future. The PDCO serves all PhD students and Postdoctoral Fellows within the School of Medicine, Bloomberg School of Public Health, and School of Nursing.
