And this is Serendía Wellness, my brand Serendía was born in Mexico. Born from a love of feeling, with all the senses. Feeling alive from exploration, because life has endless opportunities to discover. Serendía is about accepting all the moments life brings but finding beauty in those serendipitous moments by leading with the senses and the question of what will honour my mind, body or spirit in a holistic and loving nature. We have the opportunity always to choose. Serendía, is living in the present, living consciously. A little about me: I’m earth energy, with a free spirit nature and a lover of escaping the comfort zone. This started when I began to travel the world and took myself off alone to live and breathe different countries and cultures. I have been fortunate to live in Australia, Morocco, Canada & Mexico but something lead me back home to the UK in 2021.
