TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS - JAMES HARGREAVES (Plumbers Merchants) Ltd

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to James Hargreaves's managed training courses. Other companies that use our facilities will have separate terms and conditions.

Training sessions booked with James Hargreaves (Plumbing Merchants) Ltd (James Hargreaves) will be considered final with the submission of a completed booking form and receipt of booking or deposit payment acknowledging the agreement to the James Hargreaves Training Terms and Conditions.

It is the responsibility of the representative booking the training course(s) to ensure James Hargreaves Training is provided with the appropriate information regarding any special dietary requirements of those attending training at James Hargreaves offices.

Whilst James Hargreaves aims to maintain accurate pricing at all times, the prices displayed on the James Hargreaves Training web page (Low Carbon Training Courses | James Hargreaves Plumbing Supplies) and on James Hargreaves Training documentation are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmation at the time of a course booking.

Training course payment and cancellation

In the case of a training course cancellation, James Hargreaves Training will apply the following refund policy:

For James Hargreaves courses that required payment:

Cancellation giving 10+ days' notice of course booking date: 100% refund OR an option to transfer 100% of the funds for another booking with no charge. Alternate booking must be arranged concurrently with cancellation.

Cancellation giving 6 to 9 days' notice of course booking date: 75% refund OR an option to transfer 100% of the funds for another booking with a 15% admin charge. Alternate booking must be arranged concurrently with cancellation.

Cancellation within 5 days' notice of booking date: no refund, no rescheduling. (NB: For a reduction in course duration, the above policies apply to days cancelled)

For James Hargreaves courses that required a deposit:

Cancellation within 9 days' notice of course booking date: no refund, no rescheduling. (NB: For a reduction in course duration, the above policies apply to days cancelled)

Payment for course bookings with James Hargreaves Training must be made no later than 10 days in advance of the date of training or in the case of credit accounts, when you ‘tick the box’ accepting our terms and conditions, you are also accepting that the training course fee will be invoiced to your credit account. James Hargreaves Training reserve the right to cancel a training booking in the case of non-receipt of payment or deposit prior to the day of the course.

James Hargreaves reserves the right to cancel a course or part of a course at any time and will attempt to re-schedule a course at a time convenient to you or will offer you a full refund. Under no circumstances will compensation be payable or shall James Hargreaves be liable for any loss of profit.

We recommend that delegates do not make travel and hotel accommodation arrangements prior to 1 week ahead of the course without checking the status of the course first. James Hargreaves will not be liable for any expenses if a client has booked any travel arrangements if, in the rare event, the course is cancelled 1 week or more prior to the course.
