Technologies are developing extremely fast, which means that there should be rules that will regulate them. Leading technologies can also be used in important areas of the state - for example, in the military industry. In the article cybersecurity expert Trishana Ramluckan examines options for how the state should protect itself from cyber-attacks and similar things and their legal status. The article describes this problem using the example of how it is done in South Africa - the state has created a separate department and legal acts regulating its cybersecurity.
