Paint Pouring workshop - Making flowers

Level: beginner and intermediate. 

All our courses are fun and informal, this course is suitable to adults and accompanied teenage guests. 

What is paint pouring?

Acrylic pouring is a painting technique where acrylic paint is mixed with a pouring medium and then poured onto a surface in a variety of ways. The surface is tilted in each direction to let the paint flow and the way the colours interact is unpredictable, yet always interesting.

You will be learning how to prepare the perfect mix for all your paint pouring projects. We will be showing you various techniques to create floral patterns onto your canvas. You will learn about blow, dragging & swipping.

We have a wide choice of colours to choose from.

We will be making 1 project:

Please make sure that you are wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. For practical reasons, we will be providing you with an apron, but paint can still splash your garments, make sure that you are not wearing your best clothes!

At the end of the course, your masterpiece will not be dry. I will be providing you with a takeaway box for you to be able to carry your work home. Don't forget to empty your car boot, for you to be able to lay your work flat. Should you wish not to take risks, you can always leave your work to dry with me and collect it at a later date.

Street parking is available near the venue.
