It takes time, blending the colours of practice and knowledge. It takes patience, we see each student and their own unique set of skills. One glove doesn’t fit all, one suggestion does not fit every yoga student. Hi I'm Colette the owner and creator of this humble space. I've been teaching for over 20years. I have always said that the teacher/student is a blend of 50% your energy, your willingness to learn, your enthusiasm for your health both physically and mentally, blended with 50% of my passion & years of teaching we will find the space where both us connect.
