With the growing interest in Agile approaches, how can we take a measured approach? Organizations can't just simply drop everything to become 100% Agile. Not only are hybrid approaches acceptable, they are common in transitioning organizations. We need to understand the strengths and weaknesses of both the traditional and Agile methods to find the best combination that gives us the best of both worlds.
