About Hannah Jean Yoga
I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and finally qualified as a 200 hr Seasonal Yoga Teacher in 2021 with the incredible Sue Woodd. I am Mother of 2 and run a business in social care but know and am extremely passionate about the importance of making time for your health and wellness to benefit yourself and those you love. I have relied heavily on yoga, meditation and breath work as a key coping mechanism through trauma. My own breakthrough moments are what drive me to share my passion and knowledge with others through yoga and wellness coaching. Can't wait to get to know you and share this journey x
