We certify coaches, consultants and trainers in our emotional intelligence assessment suite so they can dramatically enhance their credentials and credibility in applying Emotional Intelligence (EI) inside and outside of the workplace. When you become a Genos Certified EI Practitioner, you can coach, train and develop emotional intelligence, resilience and leadership skills.
