My love for gardening and desire to improve my well-being led me to develop Mindful Gardening. It has helped me mitigate stress. It allows me to be with plants and reap the health benefits of nature. Engaging with plants can significantly reduce stress and ease the discomfort of physical difficulties. We can feel incremental 'drops' of purpose and care for ourselves and the living environment through active engagement with plants.
I have developed an interactive live plant focussed meditation workshop. It aims to help you learn about specific plants with sensory engagement so you feel a sense of calm, serenity, and well-being.

This taster session introduces my three-week workshop, where we will dive into the healing factors of two herbs each week. We will investigate their native habitat, folklore, and medicinal properties and experience a mindful botanical drawing activity. A guided meditation will incorporate all the senses while engaging with the plant.
