We assess a number of Standards including the One Planet Standard, Customer Service Excellence Standard, The IAG Standard (Information, Advice and Guidance), Merlin Standard, Leadership and Management Standard, and others. In addition to this, we also assess a range of standards in different industry sectors as well as deliver SFEDI Qualifications, including the Service Champion Level 5 Programme. Assessment Services is the only assessment centre in the UK whose Assessors have achieved the SFEDI Assessor qualification
