Since the moment I entered teacher training I have lived and breathed primary and early years education. Even in my NQT interview my desire to be involved in leadership, management and school improvement shone through. My depth and breadth of experience allows me to support primary and early years education with leadership and management improvements, curriculum development, teaching and learning practice, or my greatest love of all - rich and challenging early years practice.
