We specialise in working with any young person: who is a NEET young adult aged 16 to 30 is a student aged 14 to 16 and needs support outside the mainstream curriculum, such as those at risk of exclusion those with special educational needs young offenders and those at risk of becoming involved in crime and anti-social behaviour. Future pathways include further education, apprenticeships, and the workplace – where the hands-on skills gained with us are in demand. There’s currently a shortage of some 40,000 welders in the UK – a fully qualified and experienced welder can earn £50,000 upwards, undoubtedly making welding a career choice worth pursuing.
