Founded by Tashan Gabriel in October 2019 and was formerly known as Time 2 Gain. Upon Tashan's 13-year journey in the health and fitness industry, he has always found strength training in numbers, hence the logo's emphasis on the WE. Working in larger groups has enabled Tashan to learn from other's experiences and also share knowledge from his own. During his 8-year career as a personal trainer, he has amassed a ton of knowledge and grown from the inside out using calisthenics as a foundation for developing strength both physically, mentally and spiritually.
