Our pledge is to provide customers and course delegates with high quality training at competitive prices, with a responsive approach to customers' needs. We are dedicated to enabling our course delegates to achieve the best possible results and to build confidence in the learning process. We are pleased to discuss how we can tailor training programmes for customers with groups of staff to train, including flexible time schedules, language support and other bespoke training requirements. Our Directors, Steve Ellison and Anne Ellison-Webb, are experienced trainers and we can design courses specifically around a customer’s individual requirements in a wide range of food safety and nutrition related areas, such as food microbiology, or nutrition and healthy eating for specific groups.
