Elements First Aid Training

Elements First Aid is a fully regulated First Aid training centre based in Brighton, East Sussex. We are an experienced professional team, approved to deliver a range of accredited courses and qualifications through our Awarding Organisation ITC First. Founded by Flora, it all began 15 years ago teaching lifesaving skills to ski and snowboard instructors in the Alps – the perfect combination of a lifesaving job with the Ambulance Service and a love of the mountains. Our courses focus on real practical skills, tailored to your environment, so that you can remember what to do. From mountains to forests, schools to sporting venues, we look at all the ELEMENTS that make the First Aid challenging in your situation and deliver exceptional, memorable courses that are way more than just a tick in the box. We want you to have the confidence to step in and help in a real emergency – because one day, it could make all the difference.
