Now employing nearly 200 staff the business is run by CEO, Grant Santos, with a strong values-first approach and a relentless focus on delivering quality educational and growth opportunities to the employers and learners that we work with. Our learners benefit from an innovative, Estyn-recognised, blended learning model that allows the freedom to learn flexibly: we know that it can sometimes be difficult to fit learning around home or work life, which is why we've made it as easy to do so as possible.
