We are a team of highly motivated professionals with years of experience helping individuals with Neurodiverse conditions, Learning Disabilities, Sensory Disabilities, Mental Health and Physical Disabilities across Surrey and borders. We empower people with disabilities to achieve their employment goals and aspirations. ​ We enable employers to diversify their talent pool and create an inclusive workplace culture thereby enhancing their workforce. We support educational providers by offering young people 11+ to access meaningful, community based alternative programmes of engagement.
