About Disability Inclusive Science Careers (DISC)
Through principles of co-design and centring the voices and lived experiences of disabled and neurodivergent researchers, we develop and implement interventions including training to challenge ableist and neurotypical working practices. Our work is rooted in the social model of disability and as such, we aim to change working environments to be more inclusive and accessible. Please get in touch if you would like to work with us, or learn more about our research.
