“Back in 2014, I was given the opportunity of a lifetime: to join a fast-growing startup, and experience building a company that was intentional about culture. We grew quickly, and I found myself spending more time raising awareness of the trade-offs of the decisions we made, and the implications for our culture. We were learning so much, and I wanted to discover how people in other companies were experimenting.
