DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The second topic is about the laws that aim to keep people safe when they work at height. It covers the duties the law places on employers, people in control of work and employees. You will learn about the requirement for emergency procedures. The topic also covers other laws that relate to working at height. ASSESSING AND CONTROLLING THE RISKS The third topic identifies why organisations need to do a risk assessment and the factors to consider in the assessment.
