44 Willow Weaving courses

Due to ongoing Health and Safety precautions we are limiting class sizes to 8 people, for all of our sessions, for the time being. PPE (face shields, gloves and aprons) and hand sanitiser will be available for all of our workshops. Tea and coffee making facilities will be available but you are also welcome to bring your own refreshments or pop to one of our local cafes or bakeries.

In this workshop you will be making a luxury Xmas wreath, start by making a large  round base from freshly harvested willow you can then build your wreath using a combination of different greenery, dried oranges, lime, grapefruit, apple, star anise, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, fir cones, juniper, holly, ivy and much more. Your wreath will smell and look fabulous. Festive snacks and a glass of mulled wine  included.

Make this unusual Polish basket using English willow. You will be able to choose your own combination of willows making your basket truly individual. During the day you will learn several key weaving techniques and find out how the willow is grown, harvested and processed The course is suitable for beginners or improvers. Refreshments included.
