CIC is a community interest in company which specialises in providing high quality educational & fun parkour sessions to individuals aged 4+ regardless of background or experience level. We are a team of Parkour athletes that have been training between the regions of 5-15 years. All of our fantastic team of coaches continue to train parkour on a daily basis to better their understanding of movements and develop a bank of progressions, techniques and teaching points to create a safer and more linear path of learning for our students to follow. Our coaches have an understanding towards the mentality of each and everyone of our participants upon their learning process as well as the physical experience of breaking down the movements into safe and easy to follow progressions and conditioning. By enduring the process ourselves on a regular basis, coaches at Spiral Freerun have the ability to teach a multitude of movements & styles to suit your training.

Zero Entropy Consulting was established by Dr. John Ndikum, a London-trained medical doctor and Graduate of the Yale School of Public Health. John has always been passionate about teaching and passing on the lessons that he has learned; in medical school, he worked as a clinical tutor and keen to ‘give back’, has continued to engage in mentoring, formally and informally. John has worked as a volunteer, mentor and OutReach coordinator in various organizations including Rotary International, and Yale University School of Public Health. In addition, he has served on several career-strategy panels. Having guided numerous individuals over the past few years and noting an increase in demand for actionable, specific guidance, he decided to consolidate his own activities into a structured, tailored template. Thus ZEC was born. Sophie is a Senior Occupational Therapist. In addition to a diploma in Adult Nursing, she is a qualified personal trainer and has also worked as a wedding planner, massage therapist, salsa instructor, events manager and held various roles in the media industry. Multi-talented and passionate about bringing the best out of others, Sophie brings years of expertise and a diverse, synergistic skill-set to the table.

I founded BCTS in 2013 in order to bring quality counselling training to Biggleswade and the surrounding villages. I’m a BACP Accredited counsellor and clinical supervisor with a background in yoga and bodywork. Previously, I have worked as a counselling tutor for Huntingdon Regional College and a bodywork tutor for the University of Westminster as well as working as a college counsellor for 11 years. I currently work within the NHS IAPT programme as well as running a busy private practice in Potton and enjoy teaching yoga and breathwork in my spare time. I’m interested in the impact trauma can have on the nervous system, mind and body and have undergone extensive training in trauma. With this in mind, and my training as a breathwork coach, I have developed a more trauma-informed & embodied way of working to support others to better inhabit their bodies, self soothe and regulate their feelings and in doing so feel more grounded and connected. This aspect of my work enhances our diploma training as it supports students to developed a more embodied practice.

Namaste Dear, I welcome you with my love and respect. My passion for travel and for discovering my trueSELF has led me onto this beautiful journey, which is the practice of YOGA.  I have completed over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with Kashish Yoga School. Their traditional Indian teaching methodology is a gold standard, covering Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Pranayama and Meditation Techniques as well as different styles of Yoga Asana practices. I have also completed additional 235 hours of Tantra Yoga, Ayurveda and Prenatal Yoga. I love designing yoga sessions that allow participants to experience the fullness of being in the presence with the mind, body and spirit.  Yoga is such an amazing journey and the further I experience the science of yoga, the more I realise that this knowledge is not for me to keep but it is for me to share. So, here I am ready to learn more and share what I already know. Through my whispering voice and calmness I aim to radiate and reflect truly peaceful energy. The classes that I create are always full of joy and peace where we invite light and healing energy. Each session is your time to shine and be in the present moment.
