Based in the Heart of London's Shoreditch, F+A is a conscious-led business that spans a two floor converted warehouse - The LG floor houses our Alchemy Studio hosting a full schedule of classes from yoga + meditation to advanced spiritual workshops focusing on astrology, tarot, shamanic healing, sound healing, reiki, and everything else in between. The ground floor comprises of our retail area selling ethically sourced crystals and organic herbs, as well as wellness products; and our coffeehouse with its range of the usual brews, plus functional mushroom drinks, blue lotus tea and sacred cacao (ours is the only coffee-house in London serving ceremonial grade cacao + blue lotus tea ready to drink, over the counter).

The painting classes cover all you need to know to get you painting with confidence. Suitable for all levels from Utter beginners to those with experience. The classes are held In my home Artspace where tea and coffee are provided. Small classes (no more than 6) means that each Student receives guidance as required. Please see the classes pages for a full description of the classes offered. Classes will run if 2 or more people enroll, so please email your interest as there may be others already booked in. If you are not able to attend and on a particular day please let me know as I may be able to offer an alternative. Piano lessons in Hampstead take place at our studio in NW3. It is based in a quiet street within walking distance to public transport and nearby parking. Additionally, our piano studio is located in close proximity to surrounding areas such as St. John’s Wood, Golders Green and the London borough of Camden: Hampstead Village, West Hampstead, Swiss Cottage or Belsize Park.
