These sound baths can take place privately within your own space or you can follow us to keep up with our public events which take place regularly. The gong is a beautiful and powerful healing tool. Its frequencies have the power to guide us into an altered state of consciousness where we can experience deep relaxation. These frequencies enable our brain to create alpha, delta and theta brain waves, the same brain waves we experience when relaxed, in meditation or in a deep sleep.
