To align our resources towards mission We will shift the balance of the resources we deploy in time, people and buildings towards mission and provide more resources for explicitly missional roles; that we will invest in our communities and in initiatives in order to follow God’s missionary purposes; and that we will seek numerical and spiritual growth as we trust in the leading and guiding of God’s Holy Spirit. To identify, develop and release the gifts of all people We will seek new ministry models that help us all to make best use of the gifts and talents that God has given to his people; that we will seek to build congregations that flourish through serving each other, serving their communities and witness to the love of God in Jesus Christ.

Bath Strings Academy was established in 2016 by Michelle Falcon and Ruth O'Shea, who met working as chamber musicians and soon found a shared passion for education. They embarked on a mission to provide high-quality and enjoyable playing experiences for musicians of all ages and levels of experience. Drawing from over 20 years of professional experience in safeguarding, education, and the creative arts, Debi prides herself in not prescribing exactly how to parent. There is not a ‘one-size-fit’s-all’ approach. She facilitates far-reaching, empowering, evidence-based discussions for parents to embrace the power of play their way. This is expressed within her own unique Parenting Flow of pausing, playing and connecting, to help parents become closer to their children, by discovering healthy ways of coping with emotional and behavioral challenges through simple, digestible, and practical support. Debi’s energy and passion for playful, prevention strategies permeate through her work. She regularly speaks on BBC Radio, hosts the ‘Play Healing Parenting Podcast,’ has presented in front of 1000s but most impressively, can manage a room full of 200 teenagers and live with 2 of her own!
