Through re-minding you of who you truly are, you become more confident as a person and more able to make any changes that you feel called or motivated to. This is powerful, for it is you who are recognising your needs and driving your results. Rather than any external force. True empowerment indeed! We all feel lost sometimes. I know it took me years to navigate my way back to who I am. Through that process and all the teaching and mentoring I have done since, I am suitably equipped to assist others on their own path. Like so many of us, the lessons and experiences that we have in this life enable us to help others. I am passionate about development. Knowing full well that without the experiences I have had to date I would not be the happy resilient individual that I am today, with a wealth of joie de vivre and a deep well of inner peace. A cunning combination! And one that I would not be without. It is therefore vitally important to me that I participate in ongoing professional development which supports all areas of my life.
