Wolverhampton Domestic Violence Forum (WDVF) brings together a range of agencies providing services and support to women and families experiencing domestic violence and abuse. WDVF leads on the development of the City's Domestic Violence Strategy. WDVF has approximately 50 member organisations and provides forum meetings, training events and participates in promotional activities on a local and citywide level. WDVF also provides an independent service to victims of domestic violence pursuing a case through the civil or criminal justice process. Our independent advocate is based at the Forum and the domestic abuse unit at Bilston Street Police Station.

New Park Village Football Development aka NPV Football Development was birthed out of conflict. In the mid to late 1990’s, it was commonplace to see police blue and white tapes tied around lamp posts as a way of cordoning off areas where a shooting or a stabbing had taken place. Two of these such neighbourhoods were New Park Village and Heath Town, two areas in the north/ east of Wolverhampton that were blighted by gang violence. The two areas like many others in the city bared the typical markers that characterized these neighbourhoods as spaces where rival gangs fought for territory over the distribution of drugs and other criminal activities.

During the 1950’s, he traveled throughout the land studying with a wide variety of masters in many different styles of martial arts. He spent decades gaining knowledge, and wisdom along with a wealth of business information to enhance his ever expanding martial arts skill. In keeping with Yankee ingenuity and American tradition he used the 7 best major martial art styles and combined them into one new, very powerful and effective style which is now known as the Red Dragon style of Martial Arts. Our brand and our system of martial arts was founded upon Grand Master Casamassa’s love of the Arts. We have flourished for over half a century because of his ingenuity. Shihan Sensei Casamassa is considered by many to be the “Michelangelo of Martial Arts” by taking and combining his knowledge, talent, ingenuity and wisdom, he created an entire system of self defense that is unrivaled and one that has stood the test of time and has provided generations of Americans with a great way of experiencing the Martial arts. The Red Dragon Karate program is unique because of our original approach at mixing the best martial arts styles.
