My offerings are both online and in-person and include yoga teacher training, yoga classes, mentoring and life coaching. I am a registered Yoga Alliance and Yoga Detour Instructor I am from Halifax, UK and live at Yoga Beach House in France where I host my retreats, trainings and workshops with business partner, best friend and husband James (who is also a yoga teacher, relationship coach and retreat chef).
