ELKA is a weaving and natural dye studio based in Hampshire and Wiltshire. Ellie spent a large part of her childhood living abroad and travelling. The vibrant markets of the Middle and Far East triggered her passion for colour, texture and pattern and this influence is expressed through her textiles. She completed both her BA in Textile Design, specialising in woven textiles, and MA in Design for Textile Futures at Central St Martins College of Art and Design, graduating in 2006.  After graduating, she moved back to Winchester to set up her weaving business which she has been running full time since 2015. In 2018 Claudia started working with the business to produce naturally dyed yarns for Ellie to weave with, and to sell on their website.  They have a growing range of online self-paced courses which have been designed to get you confidently weaving and natural dyeing from the comfort of your home.

With a welcoming approach tailored for beginners, Nina aims to democratize creativity and foster self-assurance in artistic expression.   Recognizing the impact of art on mental wellness, she is also a certified coach, guiding individuals past creative barriers to lead fulfilling, imaginative lives.

I’m Amina, a talented art teacher and the owner of A.S.K Art & Design, Studio & Gallery. Based in Gainsborough, I host art classes and workshops for adults and children at my studio. Using more than 24 years of experience, I can teach anyone, including complete beginners. This is my life’s work, and I am dedicated to helping you become the best artist you can be.

Make Good Print Co. is a screenprinting studio based in South Devon specialising in water-based printing on fabric and paper. We provide an affordable print service, run workshops and provide open-access membership to the studio.  Graduates in Graphic Design and Fashion & Textiles respectively we have formal training and a long-running passion for our craft. We love working with our hands and keep a DIY spirit at the heart of what we do. If we’re not at the studio with squeegees in hand with a bit of luck we’ll be walking on Dartmoor, swimming in the Dart or surfing the south coast.
