I provide training that is challenging but recognises that everyone will be starting at a different point. My training is always tailored to each person’s situation, experience, goals, and preferences. I am experienced in working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those who are neurodiverse, are affected by anxiety, and who do not feel confident in new settings.
