With experience in music technology, composing, producing music for video, film scoring, composition and more, Jack’s expertise will help guide budding music producers on their journey to creating amazing music for a variety of formats.  Jack is currently studying a BA in Musical Theatre at the Conservatoire, and also has professional training at Hurtwood House, Guildford School of Acting and Stagecoach in a number of musical styles and genres, as well as experience in musical theatre audition technique, so he is a great asset to our teaching faculty who can advise in a number of areas. When you join this 2-day intensive course, you’ll learn the art of production which can help every type of creative to showcase their musical talents in the best way. This course will help students develop skills to produce music for outlets such as film and television soundtracks, and music videos, and musicians will even have the opportunity to write and play contemporary music for performance. ‍ WHEN AND WHERE? The Music Production Masterclass takes place in Cranleigh Arts Centre, around 20 minutes from Guildford. The venue has a professional theatre, a sprung dance floor for choreography sessions, dressing rooms, and lots of great areas for filming and multimedia activities, so it's the perfect spot for our aspiring performers to learn in. ‍ Tuesday 23rd - Wednesday 24th July 2024 In2Drama is split into two groups for age related focus 11-15 year olds: 9am - 12pm 16-21 year olds: 1pm - 4pm

This one day training will give learners an overview of how to deliver Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST). CST is a brief evidence-based group treatment for people with dementia. This interactive course will include a background about CST and how it can be used, research overview and detailed presentation of the treatment, including video footage and role-play.

A challenging and enjoyable week of music-making in a very friendly atmosphere. A feature of the Music Summer School is the very high ratio of tutors to participants, with a professional tutor for each instrumental and vocal section. All courses enjoy wide-ranging and exciting repertoire. There will also be a range of open sessions run by members of the tutoring team, plus informal sessions which are member-led. Concerts take place on many of the evenings, given both by participants and professionals. From 2024 we will be using the excellent facilities provided by Uppingham School in the county of Rutland.

Super fun, interactive educational baby and toddler music classes with live guitar. Independently run by mother and son, Tin Pan Annie Music have been the award winning proividers of pre-school music classes in South London for nearly 30 Years. Classes are carefully written and designed to super-charge all the developmental and social skills that participating in a live music class can bring. Young children react in such a positive way to live acoustic guitar accompaniment when their world is so full of so much pre-recorded sound. Expect lots of familiar songs and Tin Pan Harry originals, written to introduce children to the shape, timbre, dynamics and rhythm of music which are so important in the development of language and speech. As well as joining in by clapping, dancing and swaying, the children also participate with rhythm sticks, percussion, and silly scarves, Lots of bright colourful props and puppets appear from Tin Pan Annie’s toy box to bring each week’s theme to life, concentration and memory skills develops and their imagination soars. Classes are the highlight of your child's week and often the grown ups too.
