Keep In Contact: Engage Through The Eyes

By LondonBitty

“Eye contact is more intimate than words could ever be.” We all know that body language speaks louder than words, a flick of the hair, clutching of pearls but what says confidence is owning your gaze. If you’ve been to my classes, you’ve likely heard me say things like, “Look straight down the lens like you’re trying to snatch a soul (in the nicest possible way)😅” or “You’re trying to burn a hole through the mirror” – well, we wanna put that into action! We’re doing a series of exercises in pairs and to camera to help master your piercing presence. With a professional videographer capturing us from multiple angles, you’ll get to experiment with powerful stares and dynamic facial expressions while learning to own the lens—even when you’re in motion. This is about more than just looking fierce on camera; this skill will elevate your performances AND your everyday presence. Walk into any room or step onto any stage, knowing you’ve got a gaze that holds attention and engages listeners. Spaces are limited. Bitty ⭕️ members, this session is INCLUDED in your £40 monthly membership but you must reserve your spot via mail or WhatsApp. Big love 😘
