Navigating Stress & Anxiety: Strategies for Change
With Rachael | Electric Glory
Join us for a transformative and empowering class designed to help you understand and navigate stress and anxiety in a way that fosters growth, resilience, and wellbeing. Led by Rachael, a compassionate Wellbeing Consultant and Registered Mental Health Nurse, this session offers a safe and supportive space to explore how anxiety affects us both individually and collectively.
Rachael qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in 2015, following a comprehensive qualification in Health, Social Care, and Professional Practice. With a strong foundation in mental health and holistic wellbeing, she brings a wealth of experience in supporting individuals through psychological, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Through evidence-based techniques, creative approaches, and meaningful discussions, we will break down the barriers that often hold us back from experiencing true mental and emotional balance. This class is more than just learning strategies—it’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, build confidence in your ability to manage life’s challenges, and invite positive change into your daily routine.
With Rachael’s compassionate guidance, you will:
✅ Develop a deeper understanding of stress and anxiety
✅ Learn practical, research-backed techniques to manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions
✅ Explore psycho-educational insights and wellbeing interventions
✅ Connect with others on a shared journey towards mental clarity and emotional wellbeing
Come as you are. Leave with renewed energy, deeper insights, and tools for lasting change.

Create time to slow down and release any stress with this gentle Yin Yoga class. Natasha from Butterfly Minds will guide you through a relaxing sequence of postures, close to or on the ground, to help you release any physical tension while becoming more present and connected to yourself.
In a Yin Yoga class, poses are held for longer periods, allowing you to fully relax into the postures and experience a deep sense of stillness. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a meditative environment to reconnect with your body and breath, while gently increasing your range of motion.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Yin Yoga provides the space to slow down, reflect, and restore balance in both body and mind.
This class is sponsored by The Volant Charitable Trust Small Grants Programme, administered by Foundation Scotland.
